At our furnished rental, we believe that the little things aren’t so little after all. From the moment you walk through the door, every detail—every soft towel, crisp sheet, and spotless surface—has been thoughtfully prepared with your comfort in mind. Why? Because we know it matters.

We understand that when you choose a furnished rental, you're not just looking for a place to sleep. You're looking for a space where you can relax, recharge, and feel safe—physically and mentally. That’s why we go far beyond the standard checklist.

Most vacation homes are cleaned between guests, and that usually includes washing the bedding, swapping out the towels, vacuuming, and giving all hard surfaces a general cleaning. That’s expected. And yes, we do all of that—but to us, that's just the starting point.

We take cleanliness and comfort to the next level.

After each and every guest stay—whether it's a one-night stopover or a month-long getaway—we steam clean all upholstered furniture, including couches, armchairs, and headboards. Why steam cleaning? Because it's one of the most effective and chemical-free ways to kill bacteria, remove allergens, and eliminate odors. It’s not just about what you can see—it’s about the invisible peace of mind we want every guest to feel.

We also launder and sanitize all the extras: decorative pillow covers, throw blankets, and even duvet covers. These are the items that often go untouched in many vacation rentals. But we don’t skip them. Not once. Because we’ve learned that details matter—especially the ones that help you feel truly cared for.

 

And while we deeply value freshness, you’ll never find artificial air fresheners, plug-ins, or heavily scented sprays in our space. Not only do we understand that many guests are sensitive to strong scents, but we believe a truly clean home shouldn’t need anything to cover it up. We aren’t trying to mask odors—we work hard to eliminate them at the source through deep, consistent cleaning.

Another detail we prioritize? Clean floors. That’s why we ask all guests to remove their shoes before entering the home. It’s a simple habit that makes a big difference—reducing the dirt, bacteria, and outside pollutants that get tracked in and helping us maintain the clean, healthy environment our guests value so much.

You might not notice these steps explicitly. You might just feel it—the freshness of a blanket as you curl up to watch a movie, the clean scent of a pillow as you rest your head, or the confidence in knowing your space has been deeply, thoughtfully prepared for you. That’s our goal: to create a space that feels undeniably clean, cozy, and considered—without you having to think twice about it.

Our guests consistently rate our rental high on cleanliness. Some guests have asked why we go to such lengths. Isn’t it a lot of extra work? Yes, it is. But to us, it’s worth it.

It’s worth it when families with small children feel safe letting them play freely on the rug. It’s worth it when travelers arrive after a long day and immediately feel at ease.
