PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Contracting Parties:

  • Host: Property owner or authorized operator
  • Guest: Individual completing the reservation and all occupants

These Platform Terms of Service (“Platform Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, booking engine, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Platform Terms.

1. Role of the Platform

The Platform enables Guests to book short-term rental accommodations directly with the Host.

The Platform:

  • Is not a party to the Short-Term Rental Agreement
  • Does not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any Accommodation
  • Does not act as a real estate broker, travel agency, or insurer

2. User Accounts & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your booking.

3. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
The Platform does not store full payment credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and design elements are owned by the Platform and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent booking or payment systems
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with Platform security

6. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.”
THE PLATFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

8. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Platform Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not court, except for claims eligible for small-claims court.

Arbitration Terms

  • Administered by: AAA (American Arbitration Association) or JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services)
  • Governing rules: Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • Location: Guest’s county of residence or virtual
  • Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded

Class-Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis.You waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

9. Governing Law

These Platform Terms are governed by the laws of the Platform operator’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.0
